Nice apartment in a residence built in 2010 on the edge of the village of Les Eyzies de Tayac. The complex consists of five main buildings of two levels each with apartments, a large swimming pool, parking spaces, reception and other facilities and is operated by the rental organization Vacancéole.
The apartment of approximately 28 m2 is located on the ground floor of one of the five main buildings. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bath room with bathtub, sink and toilet, a terrace and a small garden. The apartment has its own parking plot.
In 2021, a nine-year lease contract was signed with Vacancéole. Each year the rental organization pays out a sum consisting of a fixed part and a flexible part. Together, this yields an annual amount of between approximately 2,000 and 3,000 euros. In addition, Vacancéole pays all costs and taxes (service charges, taxe de séjour etc) except the taxe foncière (391€ for 2020) associated with the ownership of the apartment. The owner has the option to rent the apartment at a reduced rate to spend his holidays. Very interesting price! Ref. 885-AQ0287HA.
