Single-storey modern house (approx. 78.50 m2) consisting of an entrance, separate toilet, bathroom with washbasin and bath, bedroom (12 m2) with door to the outside, dining room with access to spacious balcony (8.60 m2), bedroom (11 m2) with access to the balcony, lounge with access to the terrace and door to the cellar, room with sink and washing machine connection, bedroom with spacious fitted wardrobe (2 m2) and simply equipped kitchen with exit to the terrace, central heating boiler, countertop with double sink and high and low cabinets. Above part of the living space there is an attic with headroom.
